UPS Function: Nerver Run Out Of The Power

ALLPOWERS R2500 portable power supply is equipped with UPS (uninterruptible power supply). After turning on the UPS function, even if there is a sudden power failure, the connected electrical products will not stop and can be used as they are. There is a momentary interruption when switching, but only 15ms if the switching takes longer.Since the current of an ordinary household AC power outlet is 15A, the maximum output power is 1500W when using UPS mode.

The first R2500 I purchased worked great but when it reached 100% when charging with solar it would kick off the inverter, lock up (buttons stopped working) and throw an error code which wasn't in the manual. Once I unplugged the solar input I could then shut the unit off and re-boot it. For unlisted error codes the manual says to contact customer service and after doing so got prompt service (Taking time zones into consideration!) Their representative named Camile had me try some diagnostics and after that played out sent me the paperwork to return the unit. All straight-forward and the replacement unit is working fine. Thanks Camile!

I bought the R2500 on sale after discovering how much I liked the S2000 Pro. I especially appreciate the normal power cord connector and the UPS functionality of both. This R2500 does make an odd (very quiet) clicking sound when plugged in - almost like a fan trying to run but not spinning - that I can't pinpoint and I don't know if it's just normal running sound, but the unit appears to be working as expected.

I bought the r2500,3 expansion batteries and 2-600 watt panels ,I plugged my RV into it (2021 Coleman lantern 17b and it works great ,runs everything I do watch my usage and when it gets below 50 -60 percent I charge it with my etaker f1000 if the sun is going down 5470 watt hours that's more than enough power for me I love this setup btw I mainly use 2-200 watt panels because the 600 panels are portable and shouldn't be used on a permanent basis

Best price (accounting for promo codes) compared to any other portable sin wave AC battery on the market. I wish they had some documentation available (perhaps just more prominently) about conversion losses (especially DC to AC) or live info/estimates about that in their app ideally. I also am not 100% sure the solar input is MPPT like their R3500 definitely is according to their website. To be clear any panel for this size battery is close to battery voltage so PWM is probably not a loss or very much.

So far I gave the unit a thorough test, all ports and charging work as expected. The unit will serve two purposes. One, as a backup to my sump pump incase the electricity fails and the natural gas supply to my whole property generator fails. Second purpose will be as an energy supply for power tools for work at remote locations on the property. The first purpose, I hope, I never see happen, and the second I will use once the weather improves to work outside.

Used our R2500 with 400w solar panels several times now and have run our travel trailer for 24 hours per charge. At 30% charge it took 4+ hours of solar charging to get back to 100%. From same 30% level it took about 3 hours using a 2000watt gas generator. Very pleased and looking forward to seeing the B3000 expansion battery.???
